GenExpress sees itself as a service provider, additionally participating as project partner in specific research projects. With the service idea we strive to respond as fast and as precise as possible to the enquiries of our customers. This usually requires an exact description of the desired activities which is usually achieved through email communication. Of course, we treat every order as confidential starting with the first contact. GenExpress works in close cooperation and also as subcontractor with  TIB MOLBIOL located in the same building. We endeavour to inform our customers at all times regarding the state of the project and to conclude the project within the stipulated time which is not always easy to achieve within the context of complex research. In this regard it has proven successful to work in defined steps.
